Sr Engineer Quality
Qualification: B Tech Electrical / Mechanical
Knowledge of: 5S, Kaizen, 7 QC Tools, TQM and Audit is must
Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
To ensure availability of latest QC documents & maintenance of quality records.
To ensure calibration & validation of measuring instruments, equipment’s, tools, jigs & fixtures, lifting devices, PPE's, etc.
To carry out Wind farms & Substation Audits as per laid guidelines & procedures
To support IDRV Audit Teams - verify corrective actions for critical or major Audit observations
To carry out Technical Audits of Wind farms along with respective Technical Support Engineer
To carry out routine inspection of the WTGs by walk through Audits; Support Site Management in implementing proposed TCIs, Quality & Safety alerts
