🔹Roles and Responsibilities
•Should have hands on experience on Preventive Maintenance of equipment.
•Should have experience on planning and procurement of spares & consumables.
•Should have awareness on Mean Time to Repair.
•Should have hands on experience in operation & maintenance of the utilities like Cooling tower, Air Compressor, Nitrogen plant, Boiler, Air Handling Systems, pumps, gear boxes etc.
•Should have hands on experience in preparation of documents for the audits and implementing the same.
•Should have experience on managing manpower effectively.
•Should have awareness to 5S system.
•Should have good communication sill.
•Should have knowledge on safety permit system & usage of PPES.
•Responsible for maintenance of plant & utilities equipment's like Reactors, Filters, Dryers, Distillation columns, blowers etc.
•Responsible for utility Equipment operation & maintenance like FBC boiler, FO fired boiler, Brine plants, Chillers, Air compressors, Vapor absorption chillers, HVAC, cooling towers, Nitrogen plant, RO plant, DM plant etc.
•Maintenance of HVAC Chiller along with its system & Validation of Water system, HVAC, Compressed air.
•Rotary Items like Gear Pumps, AODD Pumps, Centrifugal Pump, Canned motor pump, Reciprocating pumps
•Perform planned & predictive maintenance of equipment's & improves the reliability of the equipment's.
•Assessing need of spares management & inventory control.
•Manage the mechanical performance of plant and equipment.
•Focusing on root cause analysis for breakdown of Equipment & implementing measures to reduce downtime; MTTR,MTBF,CAPA,
•Estimation of maintenance cost & evaluation of alternatives.
•Recommend & develop energy conservation projects.
•Complete & maintain accurate, timely documentation & records as required in the department.
•Must be familiar with the SAP system.
•Knowledge of safety systems in the plant & Developing, guiding and following-up the implementation of work safety procedures and practices within the plant as it pertains to the general maintenance of the plant and in accordance with Industry Standards.
•Ensure all P&ID, piping plan, isometric drawings, assembly drawings and equipment layout are up to date and properly documented and have easy access for references.
•Well verse in the applicable codes and standard for Chemical & Paint industries such as ASME, ASTM, NACE, ANSI, TEMA, API, NPFA, AWS & comply HSE Policy
•Developing, Planning, scheduling & executing preventive maintenance practices for uninterrupted supply of utility.
•Undertaking all kind of projects of utility Equipment and doing co-ordination with various consultants/ contractors for detail engineering & execution of engineering aspect.
•Responsible for preparation of SOPS, Utility records like log sheets, Preventive, Breakdown, filter cleaning, records.
•Should have hands on experience on the mechanical seal of reactor as well as pumps.
•Should have hands on experience of mag drive pumps
•Person have hands on experience of the pro active maintenance, predictive maintenance of the plant critical equipment.
•Person have hands on experience of the heavy equipment lifting activity.
•Person have hands on experience of the operation and maintenance of thermopack (Hot oil system)
•Having good skill to operate all the utility ( Nitrogen plant, Boiler, Chiller, Cooling tower, Compressors, DM Plant, Softener Plant, Filtration Plant, Liquid Nitrogen Plant
•Should have hands on experience of the small project implementation in the running plant (MOC) •Good hold to attain the plant breakdown in the critical/emergency situation.
•Should have hands on experience on fume hood system, Scrubbing system
