Walk-in Recruitment Drive
SRF Limited is hiring talented professionals for its Chemicals Business at Dahej, Gujarat.
1. Sr. Executive – Production (Batch Process)
Qualification:
- B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering (Regular) with a minimum of 60% throughout academics.
Experience:
- 4 to 7 years in the Chemical, Specialty Chemical, or Pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience handling hazardous chemicals as a Shift In-charge.
- Good knowledge of distillation columns, reactors, filters, scrubbers, dryers, pumps, safety systems, and DCS operations.
2. Senior Executive / Technician – Mechanical
Qualification:
- Senior Executive: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Regular) with a minimum of 60% throughout academics.
- Technician: ITI Fitter or IMCP.
Experience:
- 3 to 6 years in the Chemical or Specialty Chemical industry.
- Hands-on experience with RCVD, conveyors, compressors, rotary equipment, reactors, dryers, ejectors, ATFD, blowers, heat exchangers, pumps, graphite equipment, and mechanical seals.
3. Junior Officer / Technician – QC (Polymer Lab / Application Development)
Qualification:
- CIPET Diploma, B.Sc., M.Sc. in Polymer Science, or Regular ITI.
Experience:
- 3 to 7 years in the Plastic, Polymer Laboratory, or Paints industry.
- Knowledge of polymer testing, plastics processing methods (Injection, Compression, and Extrusion Moulding).
- Experience in sample preparation for coating applications and operation of polymer processing machines.
4. Senior Executive / Junior Officer – Quality Assurance
Senior Executive Qualification:
- B.Tech, M.Sc. Chemistry, or B.Pharm.
Experience:
- 7 to 10 years in the Quality Assurance domain.
Junior Officer Qualification:
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. Chemistry.
Experience:
- 3 to 6 years in the Quality Assurance domain.
Required Knowledge:
- IMS (ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949)
- Quality Control tools
- Regulatory and customer audits (WHO, USFDA, IATF)
- CAPA, IPQA, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
