1. Bromine Operations
Field Engineer
Responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational support of process equipment and systems to ensure safe and efficient bromine manufacturing plant operations.
Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
DCS Engineer
Responsible for monitoring, controlling, and optimizing plant operations through the Distributed Control System (DCS), ensuring safe, efficient, and uninterrupted bromine manufacturing processes.
Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
Shift In-Charge
Responsible for leading shift operations, coordinating manpower and resources, and ensuring safe, efficient, and uninterrupted bromine manufacturing activities.
Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
Plant In-Charge
Responsible for overseeing end-to-end bromine manufacturing operations, ensuring production efficiency, process safety, product quality, regulatory compliance, and optimum utilization of plant resources.
Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
2. Mechanical Department
Shift Engineer
Responsible for ensuring the reliable operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment and utilities to support safe and uninterrupted bromine plant production during assigned shifts.
Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Shift In-Charge
Responsible for leading shift-wise mechanical maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting safe and continuous bromine plant production.
Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
3. Electrical Department
Shift In-Charge
Responsible for supervising shift-wise electrical maintenance activities, ensuring reliable power distribution, equipment availability, and safe operation of electrical systems to support uninterrupted bromine plant production.
Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Shift Engineer
Responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems and equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and uninterrupted operations in the bromine manufacturing plant during assigned shifts.
Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
4. Instrumentation Department
Shift In-Charge
Responsible for supervising instrumentation and DCS teams, coordinating preventive and breakdown maintenance activities, and ensuring optimum performance of process control systems to support uninterrupted bromine plant operations.
Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Instrumentation and Control Engineering
Shift Engineer
Responsible for maintaining, calibrating, and troubleshooting field instruments and DCS systems to ensure accurate process control, equipment reliability, and safe, uninterrupted plant operations.
Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Instrumentation and Control Engineering
5. QA/QC Department
Chemist
Responsible for performing chemical analysis, monitoring product quality, and ensuring compliance with defined standards and specifications throughout the bromine manufacturing process.
Qualification: B.Sc. in Chemistry
6. EHS Department
Assistant Manager – EHS
Responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, driving risk mitigation initiatives, and promoting a safe and sustainable work environment.
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree with ADIS/PDIS certification
Fire and Safety Officer
Responsible for implementing and monitoring workplace safety programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a strong safety culture in chemical manufacturing operations.
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree with ADIS/PDIS certification
7. Desalination Department
Desalination Engineer
Responsible for designing, optimizing, and managing desalination systems to ensure reliable production of high-quality process water while maintaining operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and sustainability standards.
Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
8. Washery Department
Supervisor
Responsible for supervising salt washing and processing operations, ensuring product quality, operational efficiency, equipment maintenance, and compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
Candidate Preference
Candidates having relevant experience in bromine, chemical, or process manufacturing plants will be given preference.
